Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We hope you are delighted with your Shopnokotha purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Contact our client services team at care@shopnokotha.com to initiate your return.
- Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- Attach the pre-paid return label provided by our team.
- Drop the package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.
